Probably a question with a simple answer...someone please help!

I would like to learn how to place a hot link in a post like this one-

but change it to look like this
click here

I hope I have explained it right. thanks for any help

You already know there are little buttons above the posting box.

The first button with (url), you just add you link in between the brackets and it becomes a hot link.

The button beside it (url=) is what you need.

The first part you put in your link where the text indicates ....(url= put your url here instead of the indicating text)then put your link like "click here" instead of "linkname" (/url)

The good thing is you can make a post and delete it if it doesnt work.
From your originl post you are nearly there. Hope this helps.

Use the "URL=" button
open bracketurl=http://put.url.here]linkname[/urlclose bracket
Replace the address as you did above for your armorama link then replace "linkname" with your "click here" statement. Just remember to open and close your bracket.

Thats the wierd thing with computers.
You can buy books and spend hours to learn how to do something. Then something so simple, hitting you in the face, just cant be seen. We´ve all been there!
