This is a good point but it seams that is normal in the modeling world. I did make 2 wooden ships from a very good company ( will not mention it ) the wouden kit ( quite expensieve ) was not compleet and stupidly i did start on the kit and then after a while i realise i did miss few materiaal. So i went to the shop, the sell man ( a modeler also ) knew me so he didn't make a problem out of it, This was my second wouden ship model so you are quite a good customer then, and most of the plastic kitsi got home come from that shop.
Anyway i had to wait 2 months for the missing pieces got them carry on the model and once again one of the mast was not the right sices, got directly in touch with that spanish compagny and explain that i was not totaly sastisfy with the fact that few things were missing and not the prope woud they answer was I should have control the contenance of the box, find good tip for the future but the thing has a lot of material lot of different wouds with different sices this will take me a holl day to control. I mean i though that the price of the kit was inclusief not have to control the contents of the box when the compgny name is quite a good one
