I'm wondering whether any of local/regional decal manufacturers would come up with TUDM/TD decals & conversion set like

1/72 scale - Skyhawk, Sabre, Tebuan, Nuri, Hawk, MB339.

1/35 scale - Adnan, PT-91, MIFV, Scorpion

I know VFA has lined up some of those above (Sil, any news from Aidy or Firdaus on what's coming up?)

Second Q: What are the colors for ATM's 'Harimau belang' camo scheme?

well i dont have any ideas on the aircraft decals..perhap u should contact hobby HQ or FDBables models (wrong spelling i guess)..

armour models i also dont know la....it has been long time since my last visit with unicorn....

Scale Nutz (Singapore) and VFA (Canada) are the only two printers that does TUDM decals I know of. I am sure Mr Low of Hobby HQ can help you with the decals and conversion kits.

Just recently got the MIG-29N decals and conversion kit for 1/48th scale.
