I like mine a lot. It works very well for small areas and larger base coats as well.
Eventually I needed some superlube for the trigger pivot.
Other than that, the needle and especially the nozzle are fragile.
The replacement nozzle is pretty expensive.
But that was my fault, so I can't fault the brush.

i'm one of the proud user of Tamiya SF. Been using it for 3 years now....i have one more airbrush for general painting.
I like working with it, the weight and trigger works best so far and i IMHO that this airbrush is egornomic.
the only things to be carefull with is the needle. Since the tip of the needle is very fine and sharp, just be carefull dealing with it when u remove it for maintenance. I suffer 1 1/2 years trying to find inexpensive replacement needle. The rest of it, i think the superfine will do great job.
my 2 cents

I read somewhere here on Armorama that the company RainbowTen in Japan sells needles for 700 yen.

Although I have not used this particular airbrush,
I read that it was actually made by Iwata.
If that is true, then it is an excellent airbrush,
I do use Iwata, Badger and Paasche airbrushes.
If in fact it is made by Iwata for Tamyia, then the replacement
parts are probably going to carry the Iwata price.
