I had a similar problem to a previous post with my E-100 from DML
so i went through the appropriate channels
and sent a note to "Dragon care " regarding my TOTALLY warped E-100
this kit is bad! there is no part untouched the hull the turret even the wheels! are warped
this was sometime ago and not even had an acknowledgement for a company as big and now respected as DML this service SUCKS!!! anyone had similar experiences? and what did you do ?

Kenaz, personally no. But, if you take a look at some of the other sites - M/L, Track-Link et al, you'll find a similar number of complaints. The temptation is to run a caption competition Dragon Cares...... I won't though.... Jim

Ola Kenaz

The 22nd of november I send my ticket in for replacement parts for my 251 because I was missing two parts of the suspension of the roadwheels. Well now 3 days later still no reply or whatsoever. HAving read the earlier topics here on Armorama I found out they are not that fast but... some got their goods in the end.

I still have hope.

I have had only one dealing with Dragoncare, it did not start off well but ended up more than fine.
At first I was not pleased with the timelag between my posts and their replies, and in our first 2-3 exchanges they asked for some information more than once and , while making "we value your buisness" , and assorted other customer service platitudes never mentioned an intention to replace the poorly molded part.

However, I got the exact part I was lookng for in about a week from California, and a week after that got the entire A sprue express airmailed from Hong Kong.

I did go back and ask them if they wanted the A sprue parts back since I had already started on the kit. They said keep it.

Overall, I give them a B+, I'd like it if their "instant gratification" internet customer service was a little quicker to respond, but I also realize not everyone spends as much time online as I do. :-)

I had a postitive experience w Dragoncares
