Looking for military modelers in the Cincinnati area...particularly on the west side...in order to possibly hook up and share experiences, ideas, etc.

Come now...I know I can't be the only one from Cincinnati that frequents this great site....pretty bad when I have to reply to my own posts....oh, well...I'm the only one who listens to me half the time anyway...

Darryl - I know you feel like the "Lone Ranger" (no pun) when I lived in Cincy the only guys I knew that shared our interest were at Don's , that's why I hung out there. I found Armorama quite by chance, and now I "camp out" here most of my free time. Though our hobby seems extremely popular here on Armorama even in greater LA I don't have personal contact with that many fellow modellers. As you may note from the member banners there are quite a few across California but we are pretty spread out. Rejoice that you found this site/community. Build on and enjoy the hobby.

P.S. Made some Cincinnati Chili last night, I'll have a couple of Coneys in your honor.

CRS,
I suppose you're right....I do love Armorama, and I spend quite a bit of what little free time I have here as well. So much so, that I'm starting to get "flak" from SWMBO...

I did find out a guy here in Delhi that's into building German armor...dropped a kid off from school the other day and his dad has well over 100 unbuilt kits lining the back wall of his garage...haven't had the chance to talk with him yet, but you better believe I will soon.

Wouldn't it be cool if we could get the majority of the guys here on Armorama together in one place...maybe I could win the lottery and pay everyone's way to an Armorama convention with the millions I win...only problem is I have to play the lottery to win it...oh, well...back to reality...
