I need any and all information on Operation Sealion that you guys/gals have. I mean, ANYTHING! Dig as deep as you can into your archives, and tell me about the tanks, the British Auxiliary Units ( I know of them), any and all weapons that could and were used, and what both sides had planned. I need this A.S.A.P. Thanks for your time.

I have read that after dunkirk that the Canadian 1st division was the only full strength equiped division in the UK. This was on the history network one night. A lot of Brit div's lost much equipment in France and men as well.

Operation Sealion was the plan for the germans to invade Great Britain right? Thats about all I know. I also know that the germans never did it.

This is what I have right now, and can find more when I look through some of my books. I was doing a research paper on the Grossdeutschland and on 26 July 1940 the regiment was sent to Colmar and Schlettstadt in the Alsace region and undertook training for Operation Seelowe ( Sealion) until the 26th of October when the operation was postponed indefinitely. Also you can post this question here: www.feldgrau.com (go to the forums) I posted questions when I was researching the Grossdeutschland and even had reply's from German WWII veterans.
