Anyone here ordered from this dealer. I want to order some figs and decals and was wondering what the service was like from website or if I should just order from my local hobby shop? Any experiences would be appreciated.

I have never actually ordered anything for myself personally, but last year when I was organizing prizes for our hobby show here, the owner of Ultracast was more that generous when it came to donating some prizes for our show.
That alone goes along way in my books to know that he has a quality business!!!
I don't even build much for WWII stuff, but did manage to snag a Canadian/British WWII Tank Commander, standing there with a cup of coffee, the figure was just so nice, that I couldn't resist. Now I just need a Canadian WWII tank to go with it...LOL
