Just had an email from a friend of my wifes in Delaware and she told us about the cell phone*677 service,by all accounts it is for females traveling alone if you start to get flaged down by an unmarked Police car (in the incident reported up there the vehicle had a flashing red light) you dial *677 and it puts you through to the Police they will check to see if there are any units of that type in the area but will also dispatch units to check on your well being/and advise you,it would appear that the incident that had been reported up there when the Police arrived he was arrested was not a Police officer but a convicted rapist.
My Mrs spends alot of time in the car on her own at night might be worth telling your partners or checking with your cell phone company to see if they have that service.
