Tahnks, Jim. Not bad, if I do say so myself.
That M4A4 is my second effort, almost SOOB. I made the lower hull length corrections as described by Mike Canaday, and also used epoxy putty and styrene rod to mock up somedetail on the back of the idler wheels. I chose to ignore the bogies themselves. And because I con't like the immense time commitment to indi link tracks, I used the resin British Steel Chevron tracks from Accurate Armour. I highly recommend those products; very easy to work with.

Jeff, are you asking about the diff cover on my M4A4? If so, then yeah , those are the kit parts. Fit is OK; a little fiddly but not too bad. I've got a Firefly Vc on the bench that will have the kit cover but metal parts for the bolt flanges rather than using the kit plastic ones. Doing it jsut because I have them in the AA upgrade kit; not because they are remarkably better or anything.

Excellent. I was really looking forward to Greg's M4A4. I figured it would be as good a reference as the real thing.

Nice work Greg on your M4A4 - it might inspire me to do one myself - after I wrap-up my M4 (Remanufactured)...

BP.
Jim has two different sets (PaK40 and SiG33) from me for a couple of weeks now. I get the impression that he is a little behind, what with the contest submissions, the site revisions (great job, by the way, Jim!), and the different photos that are being submitted. I'm sure he'll get caught up by Christmas, but until then we have to be patient.

Not all of it is Jim's fault, part is mine too. I spent a lot of time out of town the last couple of months and had other military related duties to perform to so was not able to make additions to the gallery. I know Jim did some but as you said, he's been busy as well. You should start to see an increase in pics added to the gallery now that things have begun to slow down a little.
