Looks as though we about to get back off the ground on this campaign. Thanks to the hard work of our members we have changed a few of the ground rules and hope to increase the ranks of our community at the same time introducing this great hobby to the up and coming Sheps out there! Please have a look in the Campaign section and feel free to " Mentor" a friend, son , daughter, spouse or boss. Hope to see ya soon!

Though I do have one question. I am 17 at the moment and turn 18 in April does it matter?

Hmmm, well, i guess i got nothing to lose
quick question before i sign up, can i build a dio as my entry, if so what are the rules for dio's ( checked rules a few days ago, didnt see any dio's mentioned...)

Andy.. As long as you are 17 at the start date you are good to go.
David, Dio is not included because it normally involves..vehicle, figures etc. A base is ok to put 1 tank, 1 figure , 1 sub ...etc. Anything else pleas ask.

There are 2 groups...17 and under is the first group. The second group is for folks who have rediscovered the hobby or above 17 and new. By rediscover we mean folks that modeled at another time but have gotten back into the hobby within the last year.
Hope that clarifies some! The Campaign is in the campaign section on the home page..waiting for approval.

No, chose figure or vehicle and apply it to a base is OK. A full dio no, Reason being ,folks new to the hobby can be intimidated by a full dio and we want this to be enjoyable and pressure free. So...build up a fig, and put on a simple base is OK.
