Has anyone got an Idea to how I could create liquid masker.

If you mean a masker to apply for example to clear plastic while painting. I'd realy recomend going with one of the off the shelf stuff like Micro-scales ro gunze's. The time and effort wouldn't be worth the 3.00 bucks. thats even saying it can be done at home.
