Howdy Robert,

I've seen this contraption before (maybe stupidvideos.com). It really is quite intriguing. Your reference to the aerodynamic engineer is probably spot on, considering the flight characteristic's of something soooooooo weirdly constructed.

Tread.

{if you look closely where the cutting blade would normally be, you'll see a nice collection of upsidedown vertical stabilators(?). It also has some very impressive 'deadstick' abilities )

Ha ha ha :-)

I've actually seen this on an R/C modelling site, haven't actually seen it fly though

My Gawd.... That was funny..... I love creative minds.
Thanks for the great laugh :-) :-) :-) :-)
Now if they can do that... next will be the remote controlled one so you can watch the game and mow the lawn from the comfort of your living room.

I had one of them years ago.... called ---- wife-----
:-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) but she got dull and left...... or was me getting dull????? :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Thats unreal. My buddy's (a couple of which are agriculture majors) were rolling on the floor one of my classes. Got a weird look from my prof until he saw it. That is so funny.

I was wondering too about its aerodynamic quality. I didn't see the vertical stabilizers under the mower, but it was my impression that the horizontal rod on the handle was the lift, but that would be awkward.
