Does anyone know how to get in contact with David Haugh? He used to put out a publication called "Armored Car". He stopped publishing it a few years ago. I have a friend who would like to get in contact with him. He was living in Oregon when he was publishing "Armored Car" but I don't know if he still lives there or not. Any help with this would be appreciated. I figured that maybe some of the members in Oregon might be in contact with him.
