I have seen this in some peoples signature lines when they post ( i.e. Pig #126. Lord of Mental Institute, Minister of Chewing Gums; Engin , PIG # 76 , Minister of Health , DSB; Pig #114 Minister for Affairs, anything South American: etc.)

Not to sound naive but what does it mean?
