Dear Art , these are fluorescent lights but a type called full spectrum lights that simulate to 92% day light . I was told about them , that should know even more , where to find them in US or what brands are available. They are from PHILIPS my own and cost 3 times a normal fluorescent light, but they produce much much better light more bright and not tiring . try them
