and glad of it too!

exercise went well, had a great time even if i was wet and cold most of the time!

i left otterburn on friday and headed to fort william, and climbed ben nevis on saturday. got to the top just in time for lunch, then back down straight to the pub!

to be honest it was a lot easier than i thought, the ICFT i did on thursday was much harder!

have i missed much?
