Would anybody be able to tell me if AMT would have a place to order parts, or decals for their old models, that have been lost or broken, like Tamiya has, or Italeri has.
Thank You in advance
Best Regards Kerry

At one time AMT/Ertl had a very good parts replacement service. Once they were acquired by Racing Champions, their customer service became non-exisitent. Their message to consumers was to take the model kit back to the retailer and get a replacement kit or refund.

Only recently did they reinstate a level of customer service. This was when their Hogan's Heroes Jeep only came with four tires instead of a fifth tire fore the spare. They mailed out the fifth tire to consumers.

BTW what kit part are you missing? Some of us may have it in the spares box.

It isn't the jeep, I'm hoping to get hold of the decals and some missing parts to this Kenworth Semi 1/32 scale, then I got to thinking they just might have a place like Tamiya, so here I am asking.
