I am thinking of buying a Hobby Fan kit and was wondering how there instructions on how to put together one of there kits. Is it good or is it by feel and looking at the pictures on the box.

That's a serious kit there. I have one photographed in my motor pool. We just got the bed refinished with new wood.

Hobby Fan kit directions are a bit of "feel your own way" and "consult your references" combined. Knowledge or good photo references of the subject you're building really comes in handy - as the instructions can be a bit vague in places.
Using Rob's Motor Pool as a guiding reference is highly recommended for the kit you've got...
