Hi folks
Just thought I'd take a second and tell you guys about a real class act. Last week I got my monthly order from Squadron .com. I opened the box to find two pieces missing and no order slip, i.e. no receipt. I e-mailed squadron to explain the problem. Now with no receipt I had no proof of the order they could have easily told me to take a hike and been done with it. Friday of last week I got an e-mail from them, they said they were sorry for the mistake and that my stuff was on the way. Today one week to the day FedEX dropped off my stuff. I'm impressed.
