:-)

Hello everyone. I am new here. I would just like to ask if you know some websites where I can get blueprints or technical drawings of ships, tanks, etc.

Please post some links.

Thank you.

Hi,

A warm welcome to AA, the best place on net for modellers.

For russian tanks you have Russian Battlefield.

There's an ebay blueprint store...

Many aircraft blueprints on cd....I'm certainly interested in the Lancaster set. Also Me262, 109s etc. A bit pricey though.....so would be very interested in sharing the cost with anyone here if interested. It'd be a simple matter of putting a cd burner to use. PM if interested.

Try these also:

http://www.sssbrno.cz/monako/letadla-planky.htm

http://www.ipclub.ru/arsenal/hardware/draws/

The first one is in Czech and the second is Russian, but both are fairly easy to navigate.

Hello Pogingwapo, first I like to welcome you to the finest site on the net. You will have some of the best people there is to help you, we have some well accomplished modelers here. I can't even think of all their names, but you'll probably meet them as you go along.

Now for a site for blue prints I use www.tpub.com this is their home page, but I first found them by going to Google and typing in the name of the AFV I wanted, which at the time was the M578 and when I found this site they had line drawings and specs for the complete vehicle, inside and out, even how to start it in cold weather.

I noticed some others have been using this site also, they have a lot more then just the M578, I really don't know what all they have but I imagine a lot. So good luck and I hope this has been of some help.

Uh... Matt, isn't what you want to do illegal?? Buying and burning off a CD is a copyright no no, isn't it??

Well...actually, that depends upon the copyright status of the person selling em. My guess is that this person is himself a collector who simply has some copies and duplicates himself. Naturally if it's copyrighted and thus an illegal action to make other copies I wouldn't do it.

It would be hard for him to take legal action, bucause you would not be profiting from it. it is still s good idea.
