Where can i buy dull coat from?had a look at hannants web site and models for sale site but had no luck.the only thing that they have is Tamiya x21 flat base but iv been told not to use it as a flat coat.please help

I buy Humbrol dull coat from Hobbby Craft. There dotted about all over the UK
