G'day, fellows, Greetings from Pennsylvania...

Just wanted to pen a little post about a series of videos that I have just discovered at the local Public Library. The title of the series is" World at War", presented by The History Channel. It's a large series, 24 volumes, and each video that I have seen so far has had 3, 1 hour episodes. The series starts in 1939 in Germany and follows accordingly from WWl to the Gulf War...Dynamite footage, great commentary and narration, Check them out!

I copied the entire series when it was on TV in the mid 80's, but that was just about the Second World war. I think the series you are talking about is the Century of War series which may have been renamed. See if you can find the Victory at Sea series from the 60's you'll love that too.

Thanks for the input...I did see the Victory at Seas series also...Loved it; great footage, priceless history...
I'm always on the lookout for something different, if you know of any others, shoot out a post!
