what is the best way to get rid of the mould lines on the rubber tires?

I use a nailclipper, it has a slight curve to match the tire and does a good job of not living any fuss on the edge of the tire. Hope this helps.

put them in the freezer. When hard sand the tyre like a resin one

Try using grit #600 sand paper. Will remove the seam and gives the tire a real feel.
