I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but if you trim off the foam cover on those little applicators in cosmetic kits, there"s a tiny flexible plastic paddle underneath that's great for applying small amounts of putty, etc.

I use the things for applying pastels, etc. and was trying to trim one to a certain shape and all of a sudden there it was

Thats a cool discovery....learned 2 things there, as I never really thought to use something like that to apply pastels!!!

But now that I think of it....it makes sence, cause essentially the make up you would use them in is about the same as pastels!!!!
