I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. Always sad but at such a young age and leaving a husband and 4 daughters just makes it that much worst. My heartfelt condolences to them and to you.

Mike- what can I say. So very sorry to hear this. I'm glad her suffering is past, but hate it that yours goes on . I know how much she meant to you, and how devastating this must be. Your post title was more accurate than you may have meant: through you, 'little' Beth became a member of Our family- The Armorama Family. Mike & Brenda, we're with you in this, just as Beth will be a part of us forever.

As Mike is finishing getting ready for our saddest trip up to NJ (funeral is Wednesday, so we have to leave now), I thought I'd take a moment to tell you all how much your positive and supportive thoughts mean to us.

This truly is a site filled with wonderful, caring people.

This has been a rough year for the two of us and now we've both lost someone close this year.

But I take heart in that a good friend of Mike's just had a baby on Saturday, so it's a subtle reminder that life does go on and these sad times will pass.

I fully intend that he and I shall get through this and make the most of the life we have together - even hopefully adding a member or two to Armorama in the next year or so.

*hugs to all*

Mike,
It hurts my heart to hear about your sister, I know how much you must lover her. I can understand the pain, I just lost my grandmother to cancer in April, it was very difficult as well.

I wish the best for your entire family, my thoughts and prayers WILL be with you.

Thanks, folks.

I would thank each of you individually for the kind words, but that would take very long. I appreciate the compassion you have shown me.

Words on the computer screen can't really express the depth of emotion I feel as I try to say thank you.

If any of you are in the Atlanta, Georgia area, please, please let me know and we can meet in person. Brenda (my lovely wife) and I are still in awe of this board and the close knit community you have here.

Regarding my little sister, I'm still a bit upset about the funeral, so it will take a while for the full impact to hit me. Thanks for being "there for me". If I were to choose a family, it would be you all.

Mike,
I won't go into details on "how" I know, but, I will tell you this.
Your sister feels good, no pain, she's not tired anymore and, in fact, can't remember ever feeling so full of life! She sees you, and her children, and everyone else and knows they will be O.K. once the grieving has passed. She now knows two of my brothers, my mom and dad, and my Uncle Dick and the host of others who she herself has missed through thier passing. She is better now.

And you will see her again someday as she sees you right now.
Don't stop talking to her, she hears you (and everyone here) and will be with you etherially, at your side and with your nieces, 'til you join her and celebrate together in "person".

Feel good for her.
