Guys I can't upload my photos as it says they are too big. How can I make them smaller for uploading. Is this possible?

Your photo editing program should have a function for resizing.
For myself, when I download from my camera to the puter, my photos come up as 8 1/2 X 11 each. I don't know why, I don't care why.
I use a very old program call "Photo-Express", because it's extremely easy for a rather brain dead oldman to use.
I crop out the background garbage. This knocks off about 35 to 50% of the size, then I run it through the "resize" function. and bring it down to around a 3x5 photo......
This size not only uploads fast, it doesn't use up a lot of space, and the most important, it loads easy and fast enough for thoses with "dial-up" service.
I'm sure the Photo-Pros will be much better at explaining other photo programs. I get lost in Photoshop....
