practice more, need more weathering on the uniform.
Try to use oil paint on flesh colors. If you are in a tight budget, check out those local resin models (german/assorted heads) at STC and cut out the plastic head and replace it with the resin head. Use yellow ochre for flesh and burnt umber for the shadows.

Hi Shonen_Red,
I just got one like yours except that mine is painted in autumn pea pattern camouflage. That's from Dragon, right? I'm using that one for my diorama.
Nice one there. You might have to trim the gun strap just a little bit more. Otherwise, it's a great model.
