next time your in the hobby store grab up some plastic hex rod. what ever size you need. now drill at one end the size for the wire to go in and tapper that end down by using a sanding stick. glue the wire in place and cut to length of your fitting. i wish i could show a pic of one i did. look at some fittings, i'm sure you'll get the idea of how they look.

thanks for the tip, will work for me real well.  i had thot of useing spider fishing line for hydaraulic lines, and it comes in black as well.  again thanks for the tip.
