Hey all,
  Does anyone know if Hunicutt did a book on the U.S. Jeep (Willys or Ford models)? How about any other good refrence books on this vehicle? Thanks!

Why not make the whole plane out of the same material the blackbox is made from?

Hunnicutt's armored car book has 3 pages of photos of armored Jeep prototypes, that's about it.
Wings & Wheels Publications (WWP) does two issues on the Jeep. These are about the size of the Verlinden armor books and are chocked full of color photos. Many are vehicles that are undergoing restoration.
Jeep in Detail Part 1 is issue #5 covers the Willys MA and MB in the first 50 years of service. Jeep in Detail Part 2 is issue #11 and covers the M38A1 & M606A2 Jeeps.
