I've seen ads for Sep 2005. Since CAPCON is every other year, I doubt there will be one for 2004.

Also, Capcon is hosting Tamiyacon Canada competition. Prize is same as MMM's in 2004 - expenses paid trip to LA for Tamiyacon USA.

As Stormfront said, no CapCon in 2004, although there will be one in 2005.
Don't know why I wasn't smart enough to check the IPMS Ottawa website earlier, as here's all the info needed -
