'EVENTS' Error

Hey folks,
I get the following error when I click on EVENTS:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare translate() (previously declared in /home/armorama/public_html/events/includes/translate.php:86) in /home/armorama/public_html/phpfm/alternate_languages/eng/global.php on line 250

Is this caused by the site, or my computer?
