Has anyone ever tried to get reference materials from the defense contractor that built the vehicle you were building? Did they help or was it a waste of time? Were the materials they gave, if any, available on fas.org or did the company give you 'new' info? Would I likely receive materials for something that hasn't gone into full scale production like an M8 Buford?
