Hi all,
my Aztech airbrush looks to be dead. It's meant to come with a lifetime warranty but, funny enough the Italian distributor says that they sell it but they do not provide any support, I've tried to contact more than once Aztek through the form on their websiste but I never got a reply.
Does anybody know an email address for the Aztek guys?
Thanks a lot in advance
Ciao

Thanks Shaun! Unfortunately I've filled in that form at least ten times over the past three months. At the end every single time appeared a message saying that I will be contacted shortly but to date nothing happened...

Searched around and found thier phone number. Maybe a call would help? I called and there is a customer service extension you can use.

You can try the [email protected] address...it's an old address, but perhaps still in active service.

I just got thru to Testors. They didn't ask my name so you don't have to call. If you like the number is 1-800-962-6654.
This is what I was told:
Mail the Airbrush Body only to:
Testor Corp.
440 Blackhawk Park Ave
Rockford, Ill 61104
attn: Customer Service
They recommend sending by Certified Mail, UPS, of any way you can get a tracking number.
Include a note with the problem.

This is exactly what is so cool about Armorama. I have an older Testors AB that I gave up trying to fix. I think I will box it up and send it to them and see what happens.
I was going to pitch it. I didn't know anything about the warranty deal.
I hopped in this thread trying to be helpful and end up getting help too.
Cool...

As CF pointed out, just mail it. I've sent several bodies back to them and usually have a replacement in a couple weeks. Hence I keep another working around if I have to send my main one in, and vice versa.

Hi...
thanks god that the problem is resolved..
but i want to share my experience..
i have an aztek ab...
about 2 yrs ago, the ab body was damaged...
since there're no distributors for testor in MAlaysia, i contact Testor US. by email and told them my problem..a day later, they replied saying that i've to contact the dealer in Australia for body replacement. They gave me the email for the aussie dealer. I emailed the aussie dealer and they replied asking for my addressed. They also mentioned that i do not need to send the damaged body.
and 2 weeks later, i recieved the new body from them.
phew!!!
