Here's my 101st Airborne from DML kit. I've modified the M1 Garand to the M1C Garand Sniper. The scope was scratchbuilt. I've plan to add the extra stock but it'll ruin the pose of the figure.





Call me crazy, but because of boredom, I did the whole thing just this afternoon (4 pm to 7 pm). Well, I still have to carve his arse because of the glue stains/ add some wash and some touchups/drybrush. Maybe tomorrow it'll be finished.

some good old washing and drybrushing on the rifle, and it's good to go!

on painting, you could try pinning or gluing the fig parts on a stick, or a popsicle, so as you don't touch it when you paint it...

It prevents finger oils from sticking to the fig...(which you transmit while you hold your fig.,...) that can ruin the paint job....

The body is finished just today. The only thing missing is the head.

The sniper is done!
