Hi!
This is my old RAF helmet, it's fabric with little holes to allow perspiration.
I had plans to put modern headphones in it, but I could never find some small enough.
Goggles are not originals.

Great stuff here. I've seen many figures with the NW Europe helmet but never this one (though I don't know about 1/48th)

Yes it was used in the Med. and Asia.
It's actually quite comfortable to wear!
Maybe you could make one just by texturing a leather helmet and painting it a different colour!
