I am thinking (picture not close enough to be sure) that it is just dried floral pieces you can buy at micheals or some other craft store painted the color needed.

Eduard (or was it Verlinden??) makes PE set of leaves. You just need to paint them. The branches and vines can be replicated with wire.

Hold on guys my gran has some stuff she bought in turkey . Its supposedly slimming tea but my gran thinks is some sort of drug. She got it through customs. Anyway its the stuff im looking for im in luck.
