For all you Apocalypse Now fans CNN is saying that Marlon Brando has died at 80. I can't say I'm a huge fan of his, except for maybe the Godfather movies. I hated what he did to Fletcher Christian in the remake of Mutiny on the Bounty. Still he was an icon of the movies.

I remember there were 2 Marlon's movies that I'd seen in Saigon at the Vietnam war:
- The Coppola's "The Godfather"
- The Bertolucci's "Last tango in Paris" (this movies had a lot of sujects in many magazines at this time).
Adios Marlon!

One of the greatest screen actors, with the greatest portrayal of all time as Don Vito Corleone. What amazes me is that he was only in his mid-40's when he starred in The Godfather.
