Just wondering on a light Ex. Light on Tamiya dual 50 on the PBR kit should I paint the whole thing one color and then glue the lens in or should I paint where the lens goes a lighter color. iam looking for teh effect ot the light being there not on, off.

Easy one... paint the inside silver. I built that beast a while ago... have you done the lights on the mast? I painted them silver first, then used clear red, green and blue... they look like they are real lights... not on, just real...
I also bought a 1/32nd 20 MM Oerkler (sp?) gun and replaced the .50 cal on the stern. The navy had lots of those laying around and fitted them to a number of Pibbers...
I may have a picture or two of it... or could take some.

I got the light off and painted the inside sliver, it turned out pretty good thanks!!
