I watched "Fix Bayonets" that a friend taped for me on AMC. It is a Samuel Fuller movie(Steel Helmet, Big Red One). Excellent movie about a platoon left behind to make the North Koreans think that postions were being held while the rest of the Division retreated across a river and to better positions. Starring Gene Evans and Richard Basehart with a small uncredited cameo by James Dean.
