This will vary from store to store but we received several crates of newer Tamiya kits this morning. This was not told to us until they arrived and I do know that they are not on the shelves as of yet, but they are there.

The kits are as follows:

1/48 Republic P-47D Razorback
1/48 Messerschmitt Me262 a-1 clear edition
1/48 Messerschmitt Me262 a-2a
1/48 North American P-51D 8th Air Force
1/48 Republic P-47D bubble canopy
1/48 Dornier Do335B PFEIL Heavily Armed Version
1/48 Nakajima J1N1 Night Fighter
1/48 Vought F4U-1D Corsair w/ Moto-Tug
1/48 Focke-Wulf Fw190D-9 JV44

1/35 M2A2 ODS Bradley Fighting Vehicle
1/35 M1A2 Abrams OIF
1/35 M1025 Hummvee
1/35 M1046 Hummvee Tow Missile Carrier
1/35 M113A2 Desert version
1/35 Marder III M
1/35 Marder III M 7.5cm Projectiles
1/35 Russian Medium Tank T-55A
1/35 German Assault Winter Infantry figures

I am probably wrong but I think we also had the Leopard 2A6 MBT.

That is all.

If so........some of you lads better be jumpin' on 'em!!

Yep, we got 4 of each of the Hummvee models and I picked up 1 of each. Of the T-55's we got 3 of them. But since this is the first time we recieved them we are more than likely going to be expecting more, especially since we are getting the Academy 1/48 CH-46 Sea Knight and the Revell 1/32 AH-1G Cobra(which I have 4 reserved myself).

If you want to start saving your pennies for those two the -46 is going to be $47 and the Cobra is $27.

A friend has informed me that those kits are already on the shelves at two of the Hobby Lobbys here in Houston. Unfortunately they are both out in the suburbs and not the easiest locations for me to get to, so he picked up the Iraqi Freedom Bradley and M113 for me.

YOU ARE KILLING ME !!!!!
I just barely survived my encounter with SWMBO last night after 'pigging out' (does this qualify me for DSB membership) while stopping in for 'just one kit' {see my thread "Hail & perhaps Farewell" for details.}
Now I am planning to go back & pick up another NX-01 for Sabot, and you tell me there are MORE pretties on the shelves? "Precious... we must have the Preciousssssss.....
That's it! I am dead! DEAD DEAD DEAD !

I sympathize Logansdad! I don't have the new kits in my hands yet and have yet to figure out how to get them in the house as SWMBO has decreed there are too many unbuilt kits in the house already!
