Well I am working on an ex alan kit The SU-76 for 4 months now is that any help. They suck in terms of OOB but a pretty decent kit can be built with work. but don't expect a fast KIT from this company.
Boy lucky I checked the spelling corrected just about every word

But I did hear that their Lynx was pretty good

Let me be more upfront the SU-76 was theirs first then Dragon got it and dropped it then Marquette got it so Who knows

He was talking about his own spelling, I believe.

I have the Alan kit. as well as a couple of other Alan kits. I don't know very much about German armored SPGs. I just traded some aircraft away and got them in return so I don't know the accuracy and after reading your comments, I may have to get rid of them and stick to Shermans and modern US armor.

Heheh, I believe he meant the spelling in the Alan instruction sheet.

See we can all be confused by what someone types. No wonder "flame wars" happen so frequently.

I built Alan's PzII-C (in Dragon packaging). The fit, as I recall, was quite good. I just thought I'd mention this because maybe they both use the same suspension parts.

Should read: God, still correcting errors up in there.

I have the Lynx (Luchs) and in the box it looks rather nice.

Come to think of it, I may have a build up review of the kit in an old issue of Military Model Preview. I *think* that they may have done a side-by-side comparision of the kit along with the Tamiya Marder, but I am not sure. I will check tonight and if you wish, can send you a copy.

Sorry, it's a side-by-side of the Alan and Tamiya Wespe. All those German SPs look the same to me

I thought Tamiya did make a Marder II. Not sure if its an Ausf D, though.

I hadn't realized that this version of the Marder II was built on the Panzer II-D chassis (though by the name it is sort of obvious), with only four wheels instead of the five of the Panzer II-C.
