Has anyone ever made thier own dry transfers? I don't care for decals I'm curious to see how it's done Would I just scan say a Tamiya decal sheet then print it out What kind of printing paper and printer would I need? Or is thier a certain kind of computer program I need?

do you think they would send the fixative for ink-jet printers over to Europe??? What type of fixative could be used otherwise??

Micro-mark DOES ship overseas, I tried them. Shipping cost is quite high, and in my case there was a HUGE income tax to be paid at customs, too.
However, keep in mind that many chemicals (resin, glues, ... ) are NOT allowed on board aircraft for safety reasons : leaking products might damage the aircraft's integrity.
There's similar "virgin transfer paper" on the European market, though.
