Do any of you know any ladies who are into our hobby?
I just found a post in the Introductions forum presenting herself as GI_babycakes. So far the only ladies i found interested in modelling are archi students and those skinny ones in the Bikini open.

Ei, mondo... I may not be an archi student nor among those skinny toothpicks in the bikini open but i sure am a modeller, and a girl, a woman, a lady!

Tu-od ka 'day! Wa' gyud ko nakabalu! Pasaylo jud.
In the words of Chandler (from FRIENDS sitcom) "I'm demonstrating how I can put my exceptionaly big foot in my even bigger mouth!"
Never occured to me. I guess I felt that you where one of the "guys". That's is supposed to be flattering.
Never mind that Bikini bit. Working here in Saudi Arabia where it is not allowed to mingle with women you are not married or related to will de-sensitize you and give you other feelings that I can't even say in this forum(R-18)
You will also be glad to know that I have three elder sisters(none of them should be ever allowed to wear bikinis), a wife and two kids, one of them is a daughter who is just a cute lump of baby fat & white skin whom I plan to send to a convent.

well... even in our batch when we graduated from engineering in CPU.... there were less than 20 girls in a class close to 200, inncluding the OS(over-stayers)
but there are actually more girls modelling (not on the ramp, mind you!) they just rather do their stuff than to step forward and present themselves as such....
if i was not dragged into this forum to actually post, i have been just a lurker, learning quietly.

but that friend was right.... it's more fun participating in the threads than just merely reading.

Yup, you got that right Meekai. Unless you just wanna be a lurker & a loner. In this forum you make new friends & learn a lot of things about this hobby. You also get to meet kababayans who are halfway around the world.

Hmm...Parang nung nag-a-ROTC pa kme noon....May officer kmeng babae, nagagalit kpag ang tawag mo sa kanya "Mam"....
And yes, sir...We did see her wrath...Kinulong tuloy kme sa bodega! XP
Yup...May mga lady modelers nga....I met a few nung ROTC nmin dati...Nakalimutan ko nga lang sabihing sumali dito...
As I've observed, more females are into the "fictional" types of modeling, which would scope robots, figures and many others....(base dun sa mga na-obserbahan ko...Zoids nmn, in her case...Well, she said she tried painting it...)- I could be wrong, though...
Uy grabiha mo! Ngano mang di mo gasulti! Daghan palang bisaya din-he! ^_^
