The following are my possible entries to the IPMS competition.

This is obviously a Tamiya kit. I had some problem with the track and decals. Both tracks broke off so I had to fix it by tying it with thread and moved the joint in near the idler wheel so it was hidden by the skirtings. the decals where very brittle that it shattered whil handling it. Imagine doing a wet puzzle. I thought I'd over done the weathering but looking at black and white pictures of Bren Carriers, they looked almost two toned because of the dust and mud. The ruin is the resin copy which I did from an Italeri Church Door Ruin.

Clearly overdone rust-effects. I'll be able to hide it once I've done the dio base and coat them a spay of light sand beige color. All the figures have ice-blue eyes. I had just finished watching Stephen Kings Children of the Corn. All those kids had white eyes!

I have a soft spot for odd looking tanks, APC's, Soft skin vehicles and Arty/AA guns. I've got that M3Lee, Brumbär, BT5, Elefant.

It's too bad I can't enter my metal figures. I've got a pretty Kirk douglas looking Spartacus in 54mm scale. I also have some plastic & resin British Black Watch, Hussars and Crusaders in 1:32 / 54mm scale. I wonder if I can just bring it over even if there is no category. Just for displays' sake. The riot of colors could be attractive.

Very nice models mondo! I especially like the mud on the Bren gun carrier in the upper right corner of the picture. What color/s did you use for the mud color?

I'll post the pics of my weathering colors. The brand is named PACTRA. I don't know any of you are familiar with it. It's acrylic by the way. :-)

Great job! Galing ng pose ng figures! Is that the Tamiya 25-pounder?

As far as I know you can bring your metal figures for display. At the first Nationals there were perimeter shelves that housed all of the non-entries.
