Check out these new questions they ask when applying for a US non immigrnat visa.

#13. List all Professional, Social & Charitable organizations tp which you belong to or contribute

#14. Do you have any specialized skills or training, including firearms, explovises, nuclear, biological or chemical experience?

#15. Have you ever performed military service? List country, Branch of service, rank, specialty, date of service.

#16. Have you ever been in an armed conflict either as participant or victim.

* Do you seek to enter the US to engage in subversive terrorists... .... ....

Imagine that! I hope they don't give me a rectal exam at the airport. Probably yes if you're travelling from the Mid-East.

In question #14, does ROTC count?

These terrorist guys are really ruining travel.

You'll never know what they'll do or ask you next. If your planning to travel to the US & have to undergo this stuff, like filling up forms & going to an interview, be sure to ask around for tips from somebody who came through it recently it might just help you. Security measures are sometimes stringent in some places here like when we went to DC early fall last year, lots of roads are blockcaded & in NY traffic is terrible because of rerouting due security concerns.

#13 US has a list of charitable institutions that are "black listed" to them-- better ans is no

# 14 keyword is "SPECIALIAZED skills or training" so I would put NO.

#15 If you participated in a military service ie voluntered in the Iraqi republican guard or
Taliban regime I guess you will be banned so ans is NO
#16 People in Jolo and Basilan better not apply then.hehehe

Who would answer YES to these questions terr0rist or not ? DUH? and will they be able to find out if you have actually are involved in any of these questions??

The INS may be paranoid but those are silly questions. Nobody in his/her right mind would say "yes" It's very obvious they know what will happen if they do. You can kiss your visa goodbye.

And I don't think terrorists nowadays are that dumb or stupid to say "yes." Only an idiot would say "yes."
