Yes, the new forums allow simple drag&drop of pics straight from your computer into a forum post without the need for external storage and url links etc! But if you need photo storage for other purposes you're better off ditching PhotoBucket in favour of something like Imagur to avoid PB's extortionate fees...
As far as I can tell, the switchover should be completed around Christmas, after which this "old" forum will be turned into a read-only archive. So no point posting new stuff here - take it straight to the new forum!
