Greetings all!
I just inherited an old Tamiya Tiger 1 from a friend who passed recently due to Covid. I would like to build this venerable beast for his young grandson, but it is missing its rubber band tracks and the black rubber exhaust hoses. I contacted Tamiya USA Support, but the kit has been cancelled due to its age (and presumably inaccuracies).
Does anybody out there in Armorama Land happen to have an old pair of rubber band tracks in their spares box that fit this kit? I know that everybody disses this old kit, and rubber band tracks in general, but I would love to build this kit as is (OOB) in honor of my friend, and give it to his grandson in his memory.
Thanks for any help, cheers!

Sorry for your loss. I don’t have the kit but if you don’t have any luck here, some options for inexpensive rubber band tracks. My guess is the first link is what you need but not a Tiger expert.

Thank you so much. Very helpful indeed! Now if only I can find replacements for those darn exhaust hoses...

I would look for small air hose about between a 1/8” and 1/4” dia.

Hi rdleis,
Still looking for this stuff? I have both the tracks and hoses from the CMK Bergetiger kit. CMK collaborated with Tamiya for this kit so the tracks and vinyl tubes are original Tamiya parts. The set is yours for the cost of USPS First Class shipping from California only. https://www.scalemates.com/kits/cmk-35001-bergepanzer-tiger-i--186197
