For those of you with an interest in history I cannot recomend Goodbye Lenin! strongly enough. As someone who Really dislikes european cinema (in general) this movie is like an absolute breath of fresh air. For those of you studying history as well it would be a godsend.... Truly brilliant and incredibly funny at the same time...SEE IT!..Jim

Saw it recently, thought it was goo. Can't give it as much praise as you, but it is worth seeing.
My major complaint was that the film didn't seem to know if it wanted to be a comedic farce, a romantic comedy, or straight drama. I think it tried to be all three and the balancing act was a bit too much.
But, some very good moments and more intelligent than your average Hollwood junk.
