hi guys i,m currently doing the sti impreza from tamiya in 1/24 scale the rear windows are smoke glass i have the tamiya x31 smoke paint but it wont stick to the glass it just runs straight off any one have the soloution?????? many thanks

How about just getting some adhesive window tint film from an auto parts store. Just cut it to size and apply.

Here are couple of things to try. 1. Wash the windows with warm, soapy water. Sometimes there are mold release agnets left on the plastic from the manufacturing process. 2. Spray the smoke on with an airbrush in multiple thin coats. I have had great success with this technique for smoked canopy glass. Good luck.
